Probably not at this point ... I didn't know there was a variant and I'm not paying more than the $20 I saw these things going for. If you see one on eBay for $25 shipped, I'll do it.

This thicker stripe variant is the one we got here in the UK. Well, it's what was on the shelves when I bought him at least
I wasn't aware there was more than one version either.

Up next in the galleries of Seibertron, we have a couple of Bumblebees and these guys came here to chew bubblegum and hunt Predacons...and they are all out of bubblegum. From Takara Tomy comes Transformers Go! Hunter Bumblebee while Nova Blast Bumblebee hails from Target's exclusive Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Predacons Rising subline. Both of these figures are redecos of the original Beast Hunters Bumblebee.

That said, the hunter mold does look good. Shame a new Decepticon character and deco wasn't made for it instead. That would work.

It also is a darker shade of yellow, doesn't have the red swirls in his yellow plastic like the Hasbro version, and has sparkly black paint on his spoiler instead of a flat black paint. It's a minor variant but a variant nonetheless. Predaking and Hunter Bumblebee have the most minor differences of the entire Go! line.

I think I've finally figured out why Wheeljack's blue. I'm guessing he's supposed to be an homage to his Shattered Glass self.

He's an homage to G1 Slicer, who was used as a template for SG Wheeljack. As such, BotCon 2010 Slice (made from the G1 Wheeljack homaging Energon Downshift) was made to double as both:
G1 Slice on the left, BotCon 2010 Decepticon Slice on the right.
As for the rest: Bumblebee is Goldbug, Starscream is Skywarp, and Knock Out references the G1 Constructicons, the closest thing the G1 'Cons had for medics (especially Hook).

Dark Energon Wheeljack and Shattered Glass Wheeljack are both homages to Action Master Slicer, a Decepticon repaint of Action Master Wheeljack.
