Yeah.... Wheeljack looks like he could use some gussying up. Well, that's what craft paints and brushes are for, I guess. Hound looks pretty good. I hope all this means that they'll be early in releasing some of these figures (Christmas maybe for the Combaticons?). Making us wait to March 2016 just for a bunch of repaints seems a bit much....

After looking at other incarnations of Jackie, the windshield was the only thing to paint. other than his stripes and sponsorship logos he really is just mostly white. His hands and forearms are usually black.

Guess they didn't want to mold his crotch in black, shame really, it helped break up the white really well

Well it hurts 'jack, but helps hound. His mock up - and the cg pic - were so dark, I couldn't tell the green from the black.

Likewise, I think this picture is just too bright in the center. The other three deluxes look better since they're colored and to the sides, but Wheeljack (and Fixit's face) seem to have taken the entire camera flash at point-blank range.

WJ's white should look better in normal lighting, as well as the silver on his face. (The black around his eyes is also a nice detail.) That said, more black parts like the earlier renders would have helped a lot.

Indeed, I'm only getting Hound, so I was fine with his coloring in that pic, it looks fantastic

Yeah, the green was pretty unique, and I'm excited for the new mold.

None taken. All I did was Photoshop the windshield.

All the other pics I can find from Botcon, have him combined with Skylinx, and I that part is concealed. Sorry if this gives you the Blues.
