What the hell does a robot Dinosaur need a tongue for?
Other than that its pretty cool. Never did like the "gnashing teeth" face on Grim though.

The IDW Dinobots assumed dinosaur alts Beast Wars style. His modern day form is the result of having his flesh burned off, revealing the robotic construction below. Apparently the tongue had a robotic substructure to animate it, like the rest of the body, rather than be made entirely of organic/synthetic muscle.

I'm looking at the head on Swoop and I'm thinking Xenomorph with a TF:Animated chin.

What's Grimlock's character like in the comics?
I might pick up Wheelie(better character than in TV show) and Arcee(very interesting story) but I'm not sure until I know more about him.

i used to thought grimlock was boring, he was stong and stupid. i finaly read the comic that that showed that he realy was a bad ass. he never was and may never shine more then he did in war within: dark ages.
1. he kicks ass and knows it
2. he dont take crap from anyone
3. hes the leader, because if he gives you an order, you dont say no
4. if you cross him, nothing will stand in his way to get some pay back
5. he doesnt ever say "me gromlock no kisser, me king" ha ha
6. he may act like he isnt very bright, but hes very statagetic
7. "me bad ass! period!"

grimlock: we what?
slag: we wrap ourselves in synthetic mammalian flesh
grimlock: no, no way. never.
slag: hey. you said, "what ever it takes."
