Site Sponsor Kapow-Toys has been kind enough to send us a copy of a document they received from TakaraTomy, soliciting thier upcoming Transformers Prime figures. Included are new Minicons meant for the TF: Prime line that turn into weapons for the figures.

Oh yeah, also there's Airachnid.

The full list is:

Voyager Optimus Prime ( Powerizer Version )
Voyager Bulkhead ( Unknown Version, possibly Powerizer due to the light-up effects on his mace and arm )

The blue plane: is that Soundwave? It looks like one of those un-manned drone planes like the CIA uses. Cool.

Ratchet looks cool, too.

And although you can't see much, I predict Airachnid is going to be awesome.

That's Soundwave I think, the vehicon is on the far right.

Airachnid needs to be at least Voyager sized to accompany her spider legs' size. She's too big to be a mere Deluxe size.

Having her robot legs fold up and spin around into her hindquarters to enable her to stand on her spider legs would be excellent. 8)

Holy, it looks like I was right!
Those arms-microns turn into the cannons and sword we saw on that First Edition Optimus Prime display from TakaraTomy on that recent toy expo!

This is all awesome news!

Can't wait to see what the Megatron will look like, hopefully it looks better than the Hasbro version.

I think they'll cut the spider mode out, altogether. I think she'll have the legs for looks in robot mode, but I highly doubt they'll be functional as anything but her rotor blades in vehicle mode.

If so, then Deluxe should work just fine. If she was a triple changer, then yeah, you're right, Voyager would be a better choice.

Although, Hasbro has surprised us in the past, they could pull it off. Might not look good, though.

It's not really a full on "spider mode" per se, but more like her robot legs just folding up into her butt.

But, I also say a Voyager would be more fitting for her since she's larger than a Deluxe character. She's almost as tall as Starscream, and he's getting a Voyager (Powerizer) later.

Are those prototype figs in the bottom left of the first pic? looks like prime, starscream and possibly breakdown! hope so, and he better be a voyager to match bulkhead!

those minicons look to be about 1/3 larger than the first wave that came with PowerCore combiners. I'm not keen on the size change, but the molds look like perfection. Shoulder mounted missile batteries and multi-barrel weapons = best idea ever. That's all I ever really wanted for accessories. Mech em out, HasTak.

Hasbro, PLEASE bring these stateside. I don't want to pay out the nose when I could be paying my own home-court team Hasbro.

Are we sure this is soliciting Powerizer Prime? This does not look like Powerizer Prime to me at first glance:
