The official website for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron has added two new character profiles, Jazz and Soundwave. You can get 360 degree views both characters in both modes by clicking here.

Prior to the war, Jazz was a long time friend to Optimus Prime and now serves as one of his top lieutenants. Jazz is one of the fastest, most nimble Autobots and is also known for keeping his cool no matter how bad the situation might seem.

Soundwave is known for being unquestionably loyal to Megatron. Commanding a an armada of Mini-Con Deployers, Soundave can infiltrate and and acquire enemy intel. Soundwave is often not trusted by other Decepticons out of fear he may also spy on them and report back to Megatron.

Wait, is this what they're gonna look like in the game? Jazz looks a bit different from that Cyber Monday pic we recently got, with that weird white head and different codpiece, Soundwave's kinda different too, he's grayer, and are those separate eyes in his visor? or just weird lighting?

I'm hoping we get games where the TFs battle it out and explore several other planets before getting to Earth.

Imagine a whole game taking place on Animatron. :michaelbay:

After I listened to the newest Podcast from Seibertron.com, it's really true, Optimus Prime and Megatron looks very chubby...it's almost a flashback from the Pat Lee Transformers Comic style...But now the game is almost done, we can't do anything about this anymore. Cliffjumper would be way better if he don't get the Prime face but instead the G1 Cliffjumper face, and would be much cooler if he doesn't got the cloaking but more something, I don't know, more aggressive as ability than cloaking, I mean, in the IDW comics, he's always one of the guys the bigger the gun the better there is.

Yeah indeed that Bumblebee is mute that isn't right there greatest moves, because just that in the bay movies Bumblebee is mute shouldn't be the right to get him mute in this universe, too. :-?

He was bound to lose his voice sooner or later, since he's already a mute in Prime.

Yeah that's true, too... :-?

But it sucks, if the game developper want that this game is the pre-story from the G1, it doesn't add up then. But what the hell, as I said it already with the design of Optimus Prime and Megatron, it's done now, and the game is almost finished so what the hell.

It's not a "pre-story from the G1". The game developers know good and well that these games take place in the same continuity as Prime and not G1. They're just using G1 as source of influence for homages and such.

Indeed. And to top it off, he's also mute in Prime. That's at least 3 continuities Bee's mute in, not even including the comics and novels... :-(

Poor Bumblebee should've just stuck to being in G1/G2.

The official website for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron has added four new character profiles, Perceptor, Vortex, Grimlock, and Swindle. Click here to visit the official game website and check these guys out.

Perceptor is one of the most brilliant scientific minds of Cybertron. Despite his dislike of combat situations, Perceptor is an excellent sharpshooter.

Vortex is the interrogator of the Combaticons. Even his fellow Decepticons are disgusted by his advanced techniques for extracting information from prisoners. Vortex takes advantage of his flight mode by surveying the battlefield and blasting any Autobots who find their way into his weapon's scope.

Grimlock is known for not following orders or trusting in Optimus Prime's ability to be an effective leader. As leader of the Lightning Strike Coalition Force, Grimlock enjoys smashing things first and asking questions later. Due to Shockwave's experiments, Grimlock has been left with a malfunctioning voice processor and an alt-mode inspired by...?

Swindle is always looking for a way to profit from the misfortune of others. Being part of the Combaticons allows Swindle the opportunity to scavenge or steal whatever he thinks he can profit from.

It's looking unlikely in story mode, but let's hope that Perceptor, as well as every Combaticon and Dinobot are playable in Escalation.

I love Perceptor. They even made his alt mode the hidden tank mode from the G1 toy, nice.

Yep, Perceptor is sweet. That's a great alt mode. I especially like the barrel of the "canon".

I kinda made one, with that altmode anyway. Back in 2007!

It's an old pic because it's in a box somewhere or something. It hasn't been on display for years at this point! Still, the similarities are unmistakable!

Something I've noticed...Besides BB,if the special ability is just "Autobot" or "Decepticon" then I believe that Character won't have a playable level in the campaign...

-Well I must say I LOVE Perceptor alot more now. I love how he's a tank AND a good sniper for someone who like to not engage in combat. The one thing I don't like about this Perceptor is his headscuplt or more in particular his face...it's Frightening...

-Vortex Looks awesome. Nuff said. His Bio also sounds very cool and I cant wait to play the Vortex level.

-Finally Grimlock made it to the Characters page!!! Holy Primus he is just so awesome to see. Can't wait for his Campaign mission as well. Crossing fingers for Dinobots being playable in Escalation.

-Swindle's cool I guess...I was hoping for Bruticus on the characters page,but hey I guess we can dream.

Oh hey just noticed there is TWO more character slots for both Bots and Cons. More to come in the future!!!

Agreed. He looks like he's possessed by Azazel from Supernatural. Have to admit I'm not sure how I feel about him transforming into a tank. It strikes me as far too out of character.

I looked at the images of Swindle and Vortex here, then went and looked at the images of their figures. That's when a tear rolled down my face.
