YOu know I was doing some math. Assuming Arcee is a 2006 Buell Firebolt (which is what is said on her concept art at BotCon), and using her actual toy size, she's only 1/14 scale and would stand about 7 feet tall. She's a tiny Autobot. Heck, she's the scale of many Beast Wars toys! In fact she's the same scale as her great-nephew Transmetal Rattrap.
