Blitzwing, Starscream, Thrust and Soundwave might disagree unless you only meant autobots, which NEST might imply.

It could be just a placeholder, but wasn't NEST the Human/Autobot alliance in RotF, not in the BB movie?

For the Bumblebee Movie it was Sector 7. NEST was used first in Revenge of The Fallen and Dark of The Moon. I’m curious what this could be. I wouldn’t be surprised if they take SS Ironhide and give him a NEST-Themed deco.

NEST is now a part of the BB toyline, even though it wasnt in the film. Here is the first in this niche subline, and this listing is for another entry similar to this one.

Yeah, chances are this was originally supposed to be another Universal Studios exclusive like the N.E.S.T. Bumblebee originally was.

If a N.E.S.T. Optimus happen, chances that he'll be awesome! That will be the first repaint of Beetimus appart the Premium Finish line. The challenge would be to make that Optimus not look like a "Nemesis Prime" or a "Deadtimus".

I don't think so. This look like a "Deadtimus", E.T. edition.
No, a N.E.S.T Optimus would be similar to a Bape one with a camo deco.

I don't see anything similar at all about the colors on those two figures. Prime in NEST Bee's colors (or any gray really) would definitely look dead.

Here's a wild assed guess. We had a rumor of a voyager Breakaway in the past. Put a new head and grey NEST deco on Blitzwing and there you go.
If you like that one, I also have an equally wild assed guess on the Target Voyager SS86 Ironhide that was leaked. It was mis-named in the computer. It is a red release of SS14 Ironhide under regular studio series that they numbered 86 (basically trolling everyone). Number 86 has not been used, and I've wondered if they would or avoid it and the resulting confusion, or back fill it with an exclusive.

Don't overlook the possibility that the NEST label was slapped on at the last minute for Bee when he was clearly supposed to be a universal studios exclusive, but covid changed plans. If universal is passing again, this could be something planned for them that is shoehorned elsewhere. I still think it may be a grey Blitzwing with a new head for the leaked voyager Breakaway from a while ago, but I wouldn't rule out a con either. Universal's previous exclusive was a battle damaged megs, wasn't it?
