According to Hasbro´s Q&A FAQ section, plans have been scrapped to release the "RID" Fortress Maximus (Car Robots´ Brave Maximus, a repainted G1 Fortress Maximus). It was last reported by Hasbro that they were having trouble getting the 2 feet (24") Transformer toy to pass the drop test, a test used to determine if sharp pieces of plastic form when dropped.
