Pete Sinclair, a member of BotCon productions has posted the following message on the TFW2005 BotCon forums, in reponse to a question about possible future conventions:

We are currently wrapping up BotCon 2004 (a lot of work going through stuff, finances, etc.). Any future plans will be announced in due time. Please continue to check our website for updates. As of now all I can say is that we are exploring our options. Thanks again, Pete - BCP

Could this mean that BotCon 2005 is a possibility? Stay tuned for more!
