I was hoping for an Ironhide, but at the Voyager scale. Looks like this guy is just Deluxe class. I wonder if he will at least be a little bigger in stature than the Universe 2008 Ironhide mold. Siege Ironhide does look good in robot mode, and I'll be sold if we get a Ratchet retool and redeco to go with him.

Unless Chromia does turn out to be Combiner Wars compatible, she's a hard pass. The Thrilling 30/TF Legends version is far superior. I don't need another member of Alpha Trion's Angels with the same body type either. Moonracer and Firestar are sufficient for that mold.

Hound looks VERY interesting. I'm digging that his alt mode pretty much looks like his old G1 jeep alt mode with a roof. It can easily pass as a mildly stylized Earth-based vehicle. His Universe 2008 mold still holds up quite well, though.

Ultra Magnus is a neat surprise, with his alt mode being decidedly Car Robots/RiD 2001 in style and using the original G1 "white Optimus Prime with armor pieces" gimmick. However, as I said a few pages back, I'm happy with the Combiner Wars mold, so this is also a pass.

All of the Battlemasters and Micromasters will be bought. No doubt about that. It's interesting to see that the Battlemasters won't strictly be "Targetmasters," but include melee weapons as well as guns.

Hm not really digging the style of these. Way too blocky for my tastes. It's cute seeing the Micromasters back though but each patrol seems to have lost half of it's members? I was quite fond of the Race Car Patrol back then but my fave was the yellow Lambo (free wheeler i think his name was) who isn't in that shot. Always did like the Battle Patrol's earthy tones too. I'd like to see Micromasters next to Legends/Legion figures though I suspect the Micros are a smaller scale going by their simpler look and obvious screw hole in the torso. Basically the old size but with more articulation?

For Some people it's Paranoia, for me, I'm just trying to save Hasbro some $$$, and avoid having to see stories about this blow up all over the fandom

Everything else looks pretty cool, though. And that's coming from someone that would prefer Transformers don't come with weapons. Those firing effects are going DIRECTLY into a ziplock bag.

Weapons in general or weapons that shoot stuff that's easily lost/choked on?

Chromia doesn't combine? Are you sure? Why would Hasbro bother to remove that feature? Looking at both modes it doesn't look like it's necessary to remove it.
