Dead End put me off that design altogether, pathetic legs and a broken wing. Soundwave looks great though.

Hate to say it, but that's the best that we're gonna get with Dino/Mirage, for several reasons:
1) We already have a Cyberverse Mirage based on Legends Sideways
2) An all new Dino mold is out of the question, since he's not in the cast
3) And perhaps most importantly, Mattel has an exclusive license for making toys based on Ferraris, which Dino/Mirage is. So grab your torches and pitchforks, you know where to go.

TakaraTomy has also updated the Movie Advanced Series list with the two. But no sign of AD18 and AD19 yet. I'm still calling Wheeljack for one of those slot, the other... Leadfoot again?

He got released before in non-U.S. countries.
