Here on Seibertron.com we posted news all the way back during the UK Toy Fair, which was then confirmed by official images, about the Rescue Bots characters getting a dino make-over. We've seen Optimus Prime in T-Rex mode, and a raptor Bumblebee, but check out, courtesy once more of Facebook page Transformers Colombia, Rescue Dinos Chase the Stegosaurus and Boulder the Triceratops!

These figures look like they have more transformation steps then most of the movie line
Alteast comparing to the figures we got in the netherlands

They're so tiny. Why are they so tiny now? The vehicle figures were huge compared to these. Why are the dino toys so much smaller now?

Once again credit goes to our friends at the Transformers Columbia Facebook page who have revealed Transformers: Rescue Bots Rescan Boulder and Chase! These two appear to be Rescan Series 3, each has a new vehicle mode, Boulder a dump truck and Chase a police SUV. Take a look at the new official images mirrored below:

This...this is more reasonable than the Autobots transforming into dinosaurs. Apparently, Dinobots were the theme of Transformers this year. I thought Age of Extinction Dinobots was enough.

Boulder desperately needed black tires, you know, like it shows in the picture on the front of the box. Geez, Hasbro. That's probably the worst cost cutting move I've seen in a long time on Transformers toys. Even children know tires aren't green.

Too bad he's such a huge figure, the scale goes completely out of whack.

Guess these came too late to be put into the show, but then that does make Heatwave's boat mode more special since it was meant to be a special thing as part of his advancement in leadership, undergoing physical/mental/spiritual training to prepare for his acquiring a third mode.

Four more rescans and Boulder can be ALL the constructicons!

But, yes, those green wheels make him look like a dollar store KO, not a first run product.

I don't like the new scale on these guys either.
Not matching up with the others is lame.
