Fellow Seibertronians, Robot Kingdom has just posted a pre-order for the new wave 5 Mini-cons. The case, which can be pre-ordered here, is to include the following:
-Slipstream
-Lord Doomitron
-Bashbreaker
-Tricerashot
All of whom include a weapon mode now instead of a 'launcher mode', and will be the first wave under the moniker "Mini-Con Weaponizers", and it remains to be seen if they too carry on the component of being able to combine their armor into an animal. So check out the picture mirrored below, and let us know what you think of this new line of Mini-cons in the comments below.

You know, some of these Minicons are getting dangerously close to modern takes on Action Master Partners. If only Tricerashot were more T-Rex. Almost as much so as the Arms Microns, but not quite as cool looking, as a whole.

Definitely liking that hammer guy, this is where I can say 'screw the lack of articulation', he's cute and functional as an awesome looking weapon

These guys are actually kind of cool, definitely picking up at least two of Lord Doomitron so I can have a toy wielding those gloves.

Tricerashot looks really good. I find myself liking the beast minicons more than the others. I have Dragonus and he's great. I also plan to get Beastbox and Sandsting too.

What I will do is give Lord Doomitron to Steeljaw, who already has a claw hand. Like that he will have 2 claws, one different from the other. Really looking forward to these.

He looks really heavy, not sure anyone will be able to hold him up

Gah, minicons!! Please!!!
I am a bit disappointed as I have not seen anything past wave 2 (and I really want a Jetstorm (single packaged in one of the newer waves) and Airrazor (still waiting on that individual release....) and considering how common the minicons are, I will not strive to get anymore than the original 2 pairs before the weapon versions. The weapons just look so awesome and I want them now

Oh wow. You know I don't have any of the RiD stuff but...I'd totally buy these to use on my other figures. This is so much better than the hockey pucks.

Fellow Seibertronians, straight from Botcon we bring you more photos of the Transformers display at Botcon, specifically the Transformers Robots in Disguise toys. Not only do we have our first look at Warrior Class Bisk and Ratchet, but we spot Scatterspike, a redeco of Quillfire and we have another look at some upcoming minicons and Warrior Windblade.

Also: That RiD Ratchet will probably be my stand-in for a generations/classics Ratchet. Good use of the Strongarm mold!
You know, I've never thought to ask this before, but how come a lot of the RiD characters have the exact same chest design? Is that getting boring to anyone else?

Bisk looks great, looks bulky and accurate to the show, love the claws on him, definitely gonna get him if he pan's out well. These are such a nice breath of fresh air amidst all the bland G1 stuff

You know, it's good for us to see Bisk and Scatterspike in their Warrior forms. Finally, I'm glad! However, is this all the brand new Warriors Cons that we are all going to see at this Saturday's Botcon, or that there will be more on the way tomorrow? Will brand-new Cons in their Legion, One-Step, and 3-Changer forms be there as well? Will Warrior Springload and Warrior Clampdown be there tomorrow, or these will be released at a future date? By the way, where is Crazybolt. and Steeljaw lately? Are they also at this year's Botcon as well?

Suuure would be great to see Quillfire widely available before starting barely changed repaints. Still think they missed the mark in not having a Blot repaint.
On the other hand, that Bisk is lovely.
Makes me wonder if we might see a Glowstrike toy in the future, given her importance on the show.

I'm liking Windblade's design, but will be waiting for the TakTom version of her, Scorponok, and Bisk.
I have no need for Scatterspike if he isn't a toon character, so time will tell on that one.
