Two months later, still don't have my Optimus Primal from them.
Might be time to go back to buying from RK. More expensive, but at least I actually get my shït instead of being left wondering what the fuçk is going on for months on end.

I don't enjoy seeing these sorts of posts on the forums as they can be murky and you often only get one side of the story.
So the fact that I'm writing this post is incredibly disheartening, and I write it not as a staff member of Seibertron.com, but as a collector. This is my own personal opinion from my own personal experience.
I'm still waiting to receive MP-36 Megatron. Their weekly updates say he is shipping and that we should contact Customer Service to find out where you are in the queue. I have done that every week for the past five weeks and gotten ZERO response.
Now you may think, "well that's just your opinion, that doesn't sound like it warrants you telling us not to deal with them"
How about a host of other people who are in the same situation? (courtesy of OzFormers)
Please, if you intend to deal with this online store, don't. If you have dealings with them, start seeking refunds.
