Anyway Pictures have surfaced of an MISB repainted Arcee in Universe Packaging going under the name "nightracer" you can view it here
Personally I Think its a photoshop why?
1. Universe only has Deluxes and Ultras
2. The card art is CGI which is used on Areil (E-Arcee)'s japanese packaging
3. the con symbol seems to be blurred
