Seibertron.com's own Skowl has found some interesting info about possibly adding characters to the Transformers ranks for TF2. Here's what he found:

Roberto Orci stating (in a way) that Transformers 2 may have up to 10 robots on each side, potentially doubling the cast of the first film (which stood at 13)

12 months is a long time, I'm sure it can be done, especially with the amount of people they have working on it.

As for autobots, i'd like to see..

i just hope they don't make up new autobots, i think there are enough awesome g1 characters to choose from.

OH man that is awesome, the more the merrier. We already know some of the transformers who are in both sides, but is there enough to have a combiner! :???:

On EACH side? Considering that one of our early story breaks featured a three-way battle, could that mean 30? If there were only two sides, the story would read "either," but it's too common a grammatical error to go on. Still, this would keep the feeling of the Autobots being outnumbered. 20 'cons, who fortunately are more busy fighting each other than our side. The utter chaos that such a battle could present boggles the mind, which is probably exactly the sort of thing Bay would love.

Most combiners have five or six bots in each one so even if there is a combiner in any of the movies it still leaves plenty of room for he rest of them...they also don't need to stay in gestalt mode the entire time.

If the Constructicons are there....I will be as happy as I was when they made Armada(the "G1" of my era). :D


But Bonecrusher might live, his head was cut off, but Frenzy still made it. Why can't he?(because he HATES his movie role)

Well, it was stated a while back that this film would have a lot more giant robots than the first film.

A bigger budget means more bots indeed! ILM alone took forty million dollars as their fee for the first film so TF2's budget should be at least 175-200 million this time around you'd imagine.

Also, there is supposed to be a "better balance of robot to human" screen time and story line than the first film.

More robots are cool, I just wish they'd make an announcement that they're including more CHARACTER this time. I'd take quality over quantity anytime.

Along with others, I don't necessarily think more robots will make it better... They had so few on the first movie and they still managed to barely give them any personalities. Really.

Oh well, here's hoping this run will be better.

Finally a legit list!!! This guy Tim knows the bizness!! Anywho I have no I idea about a wreckage...Id rather Wheelie.

Cyclonus/Scourge & Thundercracker/Skywarp in the same movie is a dumb idea. Thats like Robin & Nightwing in the same flick...cmon people stop with the WACKNESS!!

Check it out Tim...I think a triplechanger is a great idea. What do you think about Springer??
