After the good news that Peter Cullen will be the voice of Optimus Prime in the upcoming Transformers Movie, there is now a new rumor.

TFW2005 reports that Frank Welker has Auditioned for the voice of Megatron! Some people from TFW2005 who where at the SDCC, say they have heard that Frank Welker has auditioned! The source, however, is still anonymous and therefor we see this as a rumor.
