Looks like it’s about that time…

For the third year running, yours truly and Seibertron.com are going to be hosting the BotCon Friday night party starting at 7:30 at the Dolphin Hotel Cabana Bar and Beach Club on Friday the 25th.

Everyone is welcome whether you’re a long time poster, a casual news junkie, or the quietest of lurkers.

Come out and meet your fellow Seibertronians.

+Level up those forum conversations with the eternal power of beer.

+Win the annual prize for “First person to punch CP in the face at this year’s Botcon!” (your experience may vary)

+There will be NO PRIZES for throwing Seibertron Staff members into the pool. However, please note that it will be awesome. (especially if they are Canadian and happened to go by “Mkall”)

+Most importantly, come out and get to know the people and friends you converse with every day yet rarely have the opportunity to interact with.

We’ve worked with the Dolphin Hotel and Cabana Bar to ensure that seating is available for this event. The bar itself holds approximately 100 or more people (so unlike last year, the hotel bar won’t qualify as a Mini-Con of Libation Dealers).

This is always a great event and though it is (now) my responsibility to ensure it happens each year, many of my best memories of Botcons past come from these unofficial events.

Please note that this is an outside establishment and should Florida weather reveal itself to be a hassle for getting everyone together, we will look to move the event indoors. Unlikely though that is, I just thought I would mention it.

Wooot wooot!! I'm ready for another nite at Maccada....I mean the hotel bar. Might have to leave the cellie in the hotel room. Last thing I need is to get tossed in the hotel pool with that in me pockets.

Are we going for the 1st person to punch CP? Cause that could happen even before we get down to Orlando!! How about the first one that draws blood!! Mwuahahahahahaha

In all honesty I'm more excited for this than the con itself now..I was really looking foward to finding out when the get together was gonna be..I'm not staying at any hotel close by ( got freinds about a hour away) but it'll be worth it to throw Mka...errrm i mean pass out by the pool 8-}

As we announced here, Seibertron.com is proudly hosting our annual Friday night BotCon party a week from today, on Friday June 25th, starting at 7:30 pm.

I can't even begin to tell you guys how much I totally regret not being able to go - all the punching, the splashing in the pool, the wet v-necks....no really, I wish I was going! Can't wait to see the pictures, tho. Maybe I can get my act together for next year. Have Fun!!!
