Seibertron.com member Real Devastator has posted some information regarding a joint release of special Transformers Brand Clothing by Takara Tomy and Edwin Jeans. Here's the info he had to share:


Tomy Takara has released some details regarding the TF jeans, in collaboration with Edwin Jeans.
Two types of Jeans available: Cybertron Model (Autobot) & Destron Model (Decepticons).
Each jeans come with faction logo, back label.
Size: S/M/L/XL
Price: 15750 Yen = About USD$164.

Ummm.. Not sure how I feel about this.. It's one thing to wear a shirt, a hat or a wristband but a pair of jeans? Especially at $164?

screw it i was going type speachless but there ugly dont look like transfromer jeans except for the logo on the tag wow 164 for pair of jeans ha lie to see the person buy that pair which is decepticon & autobot i cant tell.?


i wouldnt buy them for 20.00 just doesnt look right to me

Well, asides from the little "butt logo" they look like some decently designed, undersized and overpriced jeans. If I were to buy them it would have nothing to do with them being connected to Transformers in any way, it would be because they actually don't look half bad.

However, the day I drop 180$$ on a pair of jeans is far away, at a time when I would have to be rolling in money.

Japanese sizes being what they are, I'm a bit sad I can't get these as they don't seem to be too bad, kinda nice actually :).

Subsequently, complaining $164 for a pair of jeans you might not think are very nice is pretty lulzy considering spending habits of certain Transformers fans. Face it, to look good some times you have to spend a lot of money.

Wow, the jeans only go up to XL? Guess they don't know much about the average TF fan.

They actually look pretty awesome. They're transformers themed, but they don't look like something a third grader would wear. Whoever designed them was actually half decent, which is surprising considering most transformers tie-in clothes. But man, that price. No way.
