Todd McFarlane Presents his New Toys Coming from his Licensing Deal with Hasbro

The Toddfather himself took to Facebook to present the new toys we previously reported on. He announced the first 4 set of toys and comics from the deal he struck with Hasbro. Some fans may not realize but Hasbro is not behind the making of these toys, and they don't affect any budget or things of that nature, they are simply a product from licensing, no different than an Optimus Prime T-shirt you may find in a store (while that sounds basic, many comments from the previous story made it seem like this was not common knowledge).

Enjoy the video from Todd. All these packs are available for preorder on Amazon and Todd's website.

Personally, I wish it was issue 2 of Optimus Prime, just so that I could brag to a whole new bunch of people that I own the art for one of the covers

Best of both worlds, IMO. His arc in MTMTE/Lost Light is (in my opinion) one of the best stories I've read in comics for years, but the Autobot version of him is still pretty obscure.

This way, your figure is the classic Megatron look, but you also get a cool comic that might lead some fans to read a great series.

Pretty cute idea, I especially like the adorable lil figures that come with 'em. Not a fan of those comics or designs but hey, still really something neat for people that do!

Kinda love that they went comic book style here, with the exception of the Megs Autobot symbol
