Not much is known about the Guide at this time, but TFormers.com reports that is will sell for 2,100 Yen and see a June '07 release date. It will also come in a special collector's packaging with a "paperwork" G1 Optimus Prime.

If there is a Japanese version, then I am sure there will be an English version as well. Perhaps not with the Paper Prime though.

Paper Prime looks better than many of his plastic counterparts.
It would be cool to put him in front of Unicron with a hiden vacuume hose and film it!

Didn't Furman already do an English Ultimate Guide through DK? And wasn't there supposed to be a softcover edition of that one? What happened to that, anyway?
