Whatever it is, it's Cybertronian. Also, that thing they're standing in front of in that shot does look awfully like a metal pyramid, right? Maybe that shot is on Cybertron? Or maybe it's a lost Cybertronian city? Whatever the case, it sure does remind me of the Giza pyramid machine thing from RotF that the Fallen was trying to use to harvest the sun. (I dunno what it was called, and I don't care.) I sure hope we don't get any more deserts.

You mean...the Solar Harvester? Wouldn't that have been easier to type than parentheses and a whole sentence?

"Star Harvester" or "Great Machine" ("Solar Harvester" was an error of my own fault that still haunts me every time it crops up ).

I was mostly just busting chops. But technically, the sun is a star, and Harvester is more than 50% of the name, so you're not entirely wrong.

I wonder who the Decepticon Volkswagen van is supposed to be.

Kinda weird for a 'Con in Bayformers to pick that as an alt mode to me, but I seem to recall DotM had a garbage truck and pickup truck being picked. It's not either a super sports car or government/military vehicle of impending death.

Erm...haven't you even watched the previous movies? coz one of them had scenes almost identical to Ultimate Doom & Megatrons Master Plan! so Bay must've seen those to incorporate that into the movie
