Transformers Cybertron out in the USA?

Ahead of shedule we are hearing reports that Transformers Cyberton is leeking into US toy stores. necrotron of the alt.toys.transformers Google group claims to have found Vector Prime and Crumplezone at the Fred Meyer store in Tigard, Oregon.
Find his original thread here and a review of the toys, that he touts as prove he has them here.
This certainly isn't proof positive that Transformers Cybertron is out in the US. Even if necrotron did find and buy these toys it maybe that the toys were accidentally sold ahead of official release. Your guess is as good as mine on this one.
