Of all the possible imaginable outcomes when the listings for these leaked, this is the worst one. Nothing was learned with Crash Combiners.

They are some of my 3 year old's favourite toys and aftermarket prices for many crash combiners are nuts now. So I'm glad these are coming out. Plus he likes the dinobots, so it will be a double win for him.

It doesn't look like these can be mixed and matched very well, which is unfortunate. I would have liked for an all Dinobot robot to be possible without it having Bumblebee's head. Oh well.

They finally figured a way to make the energon Dinobot Griml;ock/Swoop Combo look good...by making these awful things hahaha*
some of the other combinations might be better, strange that the amrs Slag has for feet dont get used in the megatron combination.
*who ever came up with Megaslag is kinda a genius though.

Yeah, even if you can combine Swoop and Slug you're still left with a combined form that looks vaguely like Bumblebee. Then again it also sort of looks like Slag's head in yellow thinks to the big eye lenses. I'm guessing on the show the combinations are a little more "scrambled" than simply one is on top and the other is on the bottom.
They aren't arms, it's the hinge used for his pants mode hips.
That's a better name than "Slugtron" by a mile.

"Slugtron" would roll off the tongue a lot better with an A in the middle: "Slugatron"
For instance, the only Spark Armors that made it into the Cyberverse cartoon were the ones from Elite class Optimus and Megatron, and Battle class Jetfire, Starscream, and Sky-Byte. That left seven whole other Spark Armors that didn't appear onscreen, which belonged to Prowl, Shockwave, Ratchet, Bumblebee, Grimlock, Cheetor, and Optimus's second Ark-based armor.
And that's if they'll be in the show. There were a lot of gimmick toys in both RID 2015 and Cyberverse that never made it into either show.Emerje wrote:I'm guessing on the show the combinations are a little more "scrambled" than simply one is on top and the other is on the bottom.

The deluge of Cyberverse we all knew was coming (due to listings) is upon us. Yesterday we had the Roll and Combine figures and now we see the Roll and Change figures. These are similar to the Ultimate Class figures we got last year with an emphasis on an auto converting feature. They are the same size as well.

Megatron combining with a Dinobot? Can't wait to see what brings that on.

Wish I could watch the Cyberverse series but I live where my internet has to be by satellite and we have a passive aggressive unlimited cap of 100GB monthly. I need a third for school and my wife works from home. The downsides of living in the middle of nowhere. Upside? We've been mask free for two and a half months and currently have 3 active Scary Death Virus cases in the county.
Is there any word Cyberverse will be on Blu-ray or DVD?

Whoever sculpted Bumblebee misinterpreted the details on his feet as the bottom front of his car mode.

Seems complete series DVD sets for children's shows in general are getting killed by streaming services.

Nope. Prime was the last show to get complete season sets, while Rescue Bots and RID 2015 only got random episodes on DVD.First-Aid wrote:Is there any word Cyberverse will be on Blu-ray or DVD?

Sure, they’re a little crap. But I enjoyed it the first go round in RiD’15 with the purple Decepticon jet jerks whose names I’ve forgotten so I’ll probably get both sets to swap them around and have the Dinobots combined. Speaking of, can anyone skilled in the art of Photoshop swap them around so we can have a better idea how they look together?

The front of the leg flips open, the feet tuck in, and the leg folds back. The kneecap with the red dot is then under the vehicle, while the back of the leg is stylized as the vehicle's rear end.

As can be seen highlighted, I was asking about the actual toy that was just revealed. Not Bee's animation design (nor the deluxe).
It seems that on that toy, the feet are made of the car bumper, hence the detail. They arent trying to be show accurate, and it isnt fake parts or fake sculpted detail but an actual part of the car.
