Galaxy Convoy who is convince that the "TIPPSCEA" planet force is on Earth, decides to build a secret base. Master Megatron also hears the information on the "TIPPSCEA" & heads for Earth. Kobe is enthusiastic about the installation of the secret base. It is large & a spectacle that has not been seen before. The Destron army appears, led by Master Megatron & a furious battle emerges. The children who are desperately defending the base as the crisis approaches. At that time, Vector Prime who tries to protect them, suddenly glows. Convoy means to discover this unknown power.
