Galaxy Convoy who is convince that the "TIPPSCEA" planet force is on Earth, decides to build a secret base. Master Megatron also hears the information on the "TIPPSCEA" & heads for Earth. Kobe is enthusiastic about the installation of the secret base. It is large & a spectacle that has not been seen before. The Destron army appears, led by Master Megatron & a furious battle emerges.
