I still really really really enjoy the very first Optimus Prime transformation, in the penultimate scene in that video.
Say what you will about the lack of plot, bad humour and overly complex designs - ILM did a fantastic job.
That stuff brought me back to the franchise.

that was just awesome!!! and like the person before me, Prime's very first transformation from the first movie will always be special. to this day (including watching this video) i always get goosebumps watching that scene. it just brings me back to the first time i saw the movie and witnessing Prime transforms in live action...it was just so cool and amazing. and i love how they made this one slowly as to show all the details...and of course they used Bay's famous 360 move to show it off which was just perfect.
but yeah i love the transformations and the sound effects they used. and the cute little touches when they'd sometimes throw in the G1 sound effect here and there. i look forward to seeing the Dinobots change in the new movie, i hope Grimlock will get the epic treatment like Prime first did.

Very cool. Prime grunted and groaned a lot when he transformed.
I didn't see the twins! Awe....

I think it is safe to say that Prime's first ever live action transformation is the greteat of all. I get goosebumps just talking about it. and the music in that sequence: EPIC!!!
missed the twins though, like them or not, they transformed... and I didn't see Brains either...

I think that scene is way overrated. My favorite is probably when he jumped from the plane or when he transformed in that military base. Both in ROTF.

Totally epic! I have to admit - even though I despise the majority of Revenge, the reed-man thing had, imo, probably one of the most creative transformations in the franchise, let alone being so unique in the world of CGI.
Why, Devastator?! You were supposed to be cool!
Any way, I wish someone with video editing skillz of this caliber would make the trilogy in a similar same way to The Phantom Edit way back when. Just sayin'.
