Thanks to fellow Seibertron.com member shajaki, we have an update on the Transformers Asia reissue of Masterpiece MP10 Optimus Prime. It appears the figure will include a Vector Sigma gift set, as shown in the mirrored images below, via site sponsor BBTS - check it out!

We have just been informed that the premium bonus accessory to be included with this set is a Vector Sigma Gift Set! This free bonus will be added to all new and existing preorders at no additional charge, and a photo can also be seen on our listing. We also wanted to inform everyone that this release is actually a reissue of the Hasbro version of the figure (as shown in photos), but due to originating from overseas it is labeled as a Takara product In the event Takara reissues their version of the MP-10 Convoy, we would publish a new listing for that figure should that happen.

i know right? ive been eyeballing that stupid botcon vector sigma for like 2 years trying to get one for less than 100 bucks. but now? screw that!

That Masterpiece Op is tempting but money's tight.

I don't collect a lot of Masterpieces. Just the big characters. Starscream, Soundwave, Grimlock, and the original Masterpiece Optimus Prime. I would've gotten Rodimus and Megatron too, but I heard the quality is poor on those.

Is it worth the upgrade to a second Masterpiece Optimus?

Yea i bought Rodimus when he came out,transformed him 5 times with in a week and his plastic ankle broke, that is when I stopped collecting masterpiece and went to legends,they just don't make them the way the 1st mp-o1 was created

as with other "extras" that have been released with MP's lately, im sure you can find them via ebay and even some online retailers. that said, this vector sigma set will probably be extremely popular. if it is found separately, it wont be for long.
