While there is a lot of excitement for what is coming after Transformers Power of the Primes, some fans are still in need of the wave 2 deluxes. Hasbro had said that they would rectify the situation and not only did those appear on Hasbro Toy Shop, but the wave 2 toys are reappearing at brick and mortar retail as well. The entire wave was found by Scotty P in a North Carolina Walmart.

This wave includes Blackwing, Snarl, Sludge, Moonracer and Rippersnapper.

Yeah I reported here and in the sightings last week at a local Target new PotP deluxe wave 2 and studio series 12 & 13.

I was just at my local Walmart looking for Cutthroat and Blot, as they got wave 3 Deluxes a few weeks ago but that half of the wave that I actually want sold out before I found that out. I asked someone working there when they were getting more Deluxes in stock, and they said they would be getting more in on the 24th.

So now after reading this, I'm paranoid that knowing my luck, they'll get wave 2 Deluxes I don't need in instead, great. :BANG_HEAD:

Glad to see Hasbro is restocking wave 2. I truly appreciate it when they listen and act on the concerns of fans and collectors. ;)^

Meanwhile my local Walmart is overflowing with Hun-Gurrr and Elita-1, they just stuck five more unopened cases on the top shelf overflow space along with the six cases worth of figure still waiting to be sold. Also sitting on five cases worth of SS Voyagers wave 1 (three opened, two not). Not likely I'll be seeing Inferno any time soon.

Right now the only thing from wave 2 that I really want is the Prime Masters. At this rate I'll have all of the exclusive PMs before the retail versions.

I've seen Alpha Trion and Alchemist Prime exactly ONCE in the Twin Cities area, and I bought them both.

Switching gears a bit, I really have to wonder at this point if Hasbro is going to replace the "Transformers Collectors Club" with ANYTHING. That would be the perfect place for them to put out some of the last few odds and ends they've been neglecting from the Prime Wars Triology. Those products wouldn't have to compete with their new retail lines, especially with their "relaunch" of the new "War for Cybertron" Trilogy. It would let us get some things like a proper new Flywheels to go with Battletrap, the rest of the 1987 Minibots, a proper Legends sized Cliffjumper, the rest of the "Deluxe" Insecticons, some more deluxe combiner limbs to help fill out Megascream, Elita Inf1nite, and Firestormer, and even the last few Titans we need, like Omega Supreme and Scorponok (if it's true that Hasbro is going to abandon that size class due to poor sales). Hasbro just has to do a "made to order" system, charge a small premium to make up for smaller runs, and voila! Happy collectors and more money.

I believe we have already seen Hasbro's rendition. SDCC exclusives like Throne of the Primes, and the exclusives like Arcee, Grotusque, Nemesis Prime, Wreck Gar, Blastoff, Fisticuffs, and Repugnus

Wave 2, go to Target. Wave 3, go to Walmart.

Tho, Voyagers are stuck at 1 and 2 no matter where, and my Walmarts stopped carrying Leader Class.

Interesting. I also have not seen any Leaders at Walmart, but the rest of that is inaccurate for me. Right now I have access to this line-up:

Walmart (in town)
Wave 3 PMs
Waves 1 & 2 Legends
Wave 3 Deluxes (sold out except Jazz)
Wave 2 Voyagers
NO Leaders

Target (15-ish mins away)
Wave 1 PMs
Wave 1 Legends
Wave 1 Deluxes
Wave 3 Voyagers(!), and 1 Starscream
Wave 1 Leaders

At this point, I'm just glad I was able to grab the Wave 2 Deluxes while I was at school. Talk about your screwed-up distribution... :BANG_HEAD:

Walmart - Christiansburg VA had (yesterday) Blackwing - Finally! I had found the others in that wavesome time ago and I figured I'd never see this in store but after hearing the restock news recently I went looking and found a lone Blackwing with no trace of the others so I guess it's a good time to search for them.

Pretty sure no Walmarts are carrying Leaders, not even Studio Series.
