Wait Trypticon was taken online in War for Cybertron by Shockwave using hundreds of sparks he yanked from "willing" donors and dark energon.
Last episode Megatron just got a few possible donors (or already had some he can spare, like the Vehicons) and he already has dark energon...He could bring A Trypticon online just not THE Trypticon, new self old body type scenario.

If they do manga to fix it, however, then there better be a real good explanation for how it's done beyond "we'll give the ship all this extra power from all these new warriors we've now got".

While some do speculate that the "flying mind" the title is referring to could be Trypticon, Exiles explained how Trypticon's being stuck as the Nemesis was a permanent state, one that none of the Decepticons aboard knew how to fix.WarzoneBeta wrote:Wait Trypticon was taken online in War for Cybertron by Shockwave using hundreds of sparks he yanked from "willing" donors and dark energon.

Looks like they're finally getting around to using that cache of Dark Energon the 'cons stocked up on in last season's finale.
And I think I see the spark extractor as well.
Will be interesting.

Could be, but perhaps he's been brewing up a certain synthetic energon formula...

Here's my theory:
Megatron finds some Dark Energon and powers up himself and his ship with it, because his ship and his eyes were glowing purple. Optimus and bumblebee get the spark extractor and try to use it to take down the ship but they keep getting taken down, so the kids get it and use it somehow, so theoretically they wouldnt get harmed by it

He doesn't need to find Dark Energon. He's got an entire hold full of the stuff from last season's finale!

I'm trying to remember, what was the description of this episode again? Is it the one that the kids have to help out?

"When the Decepticon Warship becomes sentient, it threatens humanity and Raf, Jack and Miko are the only ones who can stop it."
I already posted my idea of what i think is gonna happen, which is making more and more sense to me

canada is really getting screwed over with this season. after what seems like the 3rd or 4th time that teletoon aired the entire first season, it finally ended again last week so i expected them to start season 2 yesterday but nope...it was episode 1 all over again. i mean seriously, i get the intial delay when the show first started because of rights issues or whatever but now there's just no excuse. they have the show now, it should at the very least air the same weekend as the american airing or worst case, a week later.
if this keeps up i might actually have to start finding the episodes online. i hate watching "tv" from my pc but its becoming more and more like the only way. lol

Well, Airachnid and the Insecticons took the spotlight of the last episode's preview. Starscream didn't show up until the preview clip, and his clones were barely hinted at, if at all.

Maybe Unicron's life force was transmited into the Dark Energon, and then he became the ship

In regards to "Armada" the description mentioned attempts on Megatron's head, and we saw a swarm of Insecticons attacking the Nemesis in the preview. Based on this, it was safe to assume that this attack was Airachnid's attempt on Megatron's life, and we were right.
Here, though, while we were told that the kids would be facing the Nemesis, it's Optimus we see in the video instead. So it differs in that regard.

I mean, the content of the preview video differs from what the episode description mentioned.Archanubis wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Yet, Optimus takes the spotlight of this preview.

megs has purple eyes again.
also it looks like prime is falling back to earth, perhaps he and the others are disabled and the kids have to rescue them.
