That Ratchet is rather tempting as its not a terrible stand in for IDW Ratchet. That being said, he is also rather plain and I worry he is also particularly hollow.

He's based on Strongarm so he's more or less like her in structure.

Some of them have been released. The 4-pack has been seen in stores at least.

I didnt think hey were making RiD stuff anymore, havent seen anything new since fracture & megatronus. Really wanted thunderhoof & windblade but if these are showing up i guess ill never see them.

I don't know what the New York toy scene is like, but maybe your stores are just slow-movers. If the new stuff hasn't been spotted in your area yet, they may be ready to stock the wave following Fracture and Megatronus once they have room. If they got it in. Check the sightings forums and see what people there have to say.
