I'm curious as to what the announcer was saying about Straxus, as most Japanese fans couldn't have the foggiest idea who he is. Or did the old Marvel comics get translated and published there recently?

Reminds me of when, I was a kid. I didnt know they made transformers comercials anymore. Gotta love the way they transform cybertron Bumblebee in 5 seconds. It takes me 10 minutes.

they put way more time into these than hasbro and it funny how they made it old fashioned anyone know the translation??

I kept hearing "Optimus Prime" being said throughout the commercial....
If someone would help me out on this one it would be nice. Are the Japanese not calling Prime "Convoy" anymore?

Since the japanese debut of Animated, I only heard them mentioning him as Optimus, not Convoy. In fact, the first episodes intro explained that Optimus Prime is the leader of the autobots (also, no longer cybertrons)
