Thanks to a heads up from Seibertronian Cyberpath, we have word that Snakas Blog has posted several new images, including prototype images of Ironhide and Starscream, as well as Takara's stock images for Sixgun, Aimless, and the Soundwave Spy Patrol.

These prototype images give us a great look at the massive amount of detail the new Siege figures have. The painted figure's details don't pop as much as the prototypes, but that detailing is still there, and looks pretty good.

We also get some nice stock images for the upcoming weaponizer Sixgun, one of Metroplex's little companions, Ravage and Laserbeak, who make up Soundwave's Spy Patrol, and battlemaster Aimless.

These figure are all due out next year, with the Ironhide mold also being used for Ratchet and Starscream being used for Thundercracker, and maybe more if we get more exclusives.

Not to be a debbie downer but that Six Gun looks terrible in that deco. Its just a sea of white and red and the only weathering is on the feet. He looks ultra cheap.

It's the lighting and stastic pose. It make everything look bland and 'washed out'.

Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege deluxes Hound, Sideswipe, Cog and Skytread as well as voyagers Optimus Prime and Megatron have all been found at Target. Specifically a Target in Virginia. These were found by Hurleychris07 who posted his finding on the TFW2005 boards. The price was not disclosed in the sighting.

It's weirder still that Sixgun has any battle damage at all. I don't think Cog or Brunt have such, do they? I thought the Weaponizers and Flywheels/Skytread were exempt from the whole "battle weathered" paint apps thing.

Brunt has battle damage on his hands/arms which become his front treads. The only battle damage I can see on Cog looking at his stock photos is some barely noticeable white spots on his arms that aren't pins, but I can't really tell if that's intentional or not because of how hard to see it is. I can only assume it is.

EDIT: Baltmatrix has put up a review for Skytread, and the notion of him not having battle damage can now be put to rest:

Well those pictures explain where Six-Gun's head disappeared to in the renders of his non-robot modes: the renders had his head change color from red to white when he transformed. That explains a lot.

Also that one Sideswipe/Six-Gun pic makes me wonder how hard it would be to use Six-Gun and possibly Cog as well to make a giant Weaponizer gun-hand, seeing that those four guns on his back section can be positioned differently. That picture has an almost complete gun-hand by itself, it just needs a thumb.

...I don't know why Six-Gun immediately became my most anticipated figure of this line, but I'm okay with the fact that he did.

Wonder if it could be a good alt hand for a combiner, like a power hand or something. (Really it could be an excuse to increase the amount of characters in a combiner)

(That's just going by the standard CW combining system, in fiction you could get even more ridiculous, like the combiner also being a head master.)

I just noticed, Sixgun's "power fist" mode has booster nozzles on it. Seems Sixgun's pulling a Mazinger Z and has a ROCKET PUNCH mode, which is absolutely slaggin' awesome.

I guess the bright red is a better match to Metroplex? A little disappointed with Sixgun now, but it's still worth picking up.
