Easy pass on all those. If I wanted those Titans Return toys I would have got them shortly after the first time round when I saw them cheap in places like B&M and TK Maxx.

From the Transformers Bumblebee Movie toyline, and the simpler toys we are aware of in the Energon Igniters line, we finally have confirmation of one of the coded products we had seen previously, confirming Blitzwing's name yet again as part of the Cybertronian cast in the upcoming movie.

The Walmart listing found here replaces the Hornet 2 name with Blitzwing, and means that the full release schedule is as follows:

Blue Light 1: Dropkick (helicopter mode)
Blue Light 2: Dropkick (car mode)
Red Light 1: Shatter (jet mode)
Red Light 2: Shatter (car mode)
Hornet 2: Blitzwing

Check it out, and let us know if you'll be picking one up once we have actual images of the toy!

Will this finally settle the debate about Blitzwing being in the film? I'm guessing it will be a toy of his plane form :-?

On the subject of the igniters series, I spotted the first wave of the Nitro series at Sainsbury's, Ripley in the U.K, retailing for 21 Pounds.

Are people still debating that? I thought they made it pretty clear that at SDCC that it was Blitzwing we saw in the trailer, not Starscream. And I'm a little unclear, but I was under the impression that Blitzwing isn't a triplechanger in this movie since the other two are. Maybe that wasn't confirmed?

not confirmed. And look at those listings Va'al posted. There is a a 1 or 2 posted near the names (possibly) referencing which alt mode. And Blitzwing has one as well, so he might also be a triple changer (or at least have 2 versions of a toy in his name).

It seems the entire world is getting the Bumblebee movie toys at the same time. Now it is Australia and the UK's turn. Nearly every class was found in Australia while the UK only has the bigger toys so far, but other classes are sure to follow. The australian sightings were provided by Griffin from Ozformers (who breaks down all specific sightings and credits here), while the UK sighints were given to us by ou own TFmonkeybiz. If you find toys in your country, be sure to inform the fans near you in our Sightings forum.

TFmonkeybiz wrote:On the subject of the igniters series, I spotted the first wave of the Nitro series at Sainsbury's, Ripley in the U.K, retailing for 21 Pounds.

Griffin wrote:Found first at Target stores are the first wave of Bumblebee Movie toys, in line with the global release this week in several other countries.

This includes the four sizes of Energon Igniters toys (Speed, Power, Power Plus, Nitro), the Titan Changers, and Power Charge Bumblebee.
(photos below from Polursine were edited and re-hosted on this site)
This is in addition to the Studio Series Deluxe VW Bumblebee toy that was also being found this week at Target stores, probably held back until the Movie Toyline was released this week.

The Transformers: Bumblebee toys are hitting retail across the globe almost simultaneously. Of course, the big takeaway is that this line gimmick based, as it is titled Energon Igniters across the board. As we already know, each size class can interact with the energon igniter (allspark looking motor thing) and they do so with varyig effect. Below you will see a quick look through 3 of the classes:

- Speed class: these are legion class toys and TgaSANZMag reviews all the different transformations found in wave 1
- Power Plus class: Griffin from Ozformers gives us a quick look at the gimmick for these tos which are as big as one step ransformers toys
- Nitro class: these are deluxe sized and those reviews come from PrimeVsPrime

Enjoy!

Kroger has a history of breaking street dates since they're a regional grocery store with a small selection of toys. Have they been found and purchased at Walmart or Target yet?

I was thinking the same thing. I was hoping to pick up that big Power Charge Bee until I saw it's going for $50 - I was hoping for $25-30 tops. To be fair it's a bit bigger than I expected, but I'll just wait fir the Masterpiece instead.

Easy, I would have had it sooner and I would have used the coupon on something else I wanted and would have liked a discount on. But it really isn't about what I want from this line, it's about Hasbro's constant use of meaningless street dates, not just here, but with Studio Series and every other place they randomly choose to impose them. It wouldn't be an issue if they were world wide, but it's just us, it's frustrating.

Oops, good point. In that case I'll swap out Shadow Raider for that Takara Legendary Optimus Prime (preordered him on HLJ) and add Masterpiece Bumblebee who I have on preorder from BBTS. That Optimus looks beautiful (finally, properly placed chrome on him!), my only disappointment being he doesn't scale with Studio Series. I have my Evasion Primes for that though

Power Charge Bee is massive for a Bee though.
Makes Studio Series Leader Class Grimlock look small. :P

Well holy CRAP, I take mack my complaints - that justifies the $50 price tag. I'll add a new complaint and say I wish he was a little smaller because that's a size I don't even want him at, but he still looks good and fairly complex and he looks infinitely better than the other oversized figures we've been getting.

Yeah he doesn't really go with anything, but is a muchly fun chunky Bumblebee toy all by himself to entertain the kids (and some adults) particularly at christmas when the film is out. :P

Coming at us from the upcoming Transformers Bumblebee Movie, and one of the currently still previously unseen products in the line, we have the first images of the Energon Igniters Power Plus Series Shatter - which features a different headsculpt for the Decepticon triplechanger, as well as a proper look at the toy form of the character's muscle car mode!

The toy was found at the OG Albert store in Singapore from user Ashiaka of fellow fansite TFW2005, who also shared images of the box from a variety of angles. You can check out the mirrored images below, and let us know what you think in the Energon Pub discussion boards!

Yeah he doesn't really go with anything, but is a muchly fun chunky Bumblebee toy all by himself to entertain the kids (and some adults) particularly at christmas when the film is out. :P

I want him specifically because he will go PERFECTLY with my golden Battle Ops Bee and my Prime "stealth" talking Weaponizer Bee.

Ok well yes then he goes fine with other ridiculously gigantic Bumblebee toys. :P

Another great 80s themed sighting today. Godwrath on reddit posted their finding of the Target exclusive Soundwave and Doombox which is part of the Bumblebee movie toyline. This is based on the Transformers Titans Return Soundwave toy but with remolded speakers for a more 80s inspired alt mode.

This is one of two Target exclusive sets (which will also be appearing at Argos in the UK), the other being a set of cassettes featuring the toy everyone asked for, Titans Return Frenzy (aka the blue one).

If you find Soundwave, let the community know in the sightings section and sightings forum.

Welp, time to add this to the list of figures that I need to watch for. Was hoping I'd have a little more time, but it's good to know it's out now, and part of the new movie line which means it's more likely to be picked up by stores

That would be a list to see. Still, I'm pretty sure the G1 original is at least in the top five.

The top 5 soundwave figures would be a pretty short list, masterpiece, g1, g1 dual tape, worlds smallest, then animated and prime would have to fight it out (animated should would win for his guitar alone and being'life sized' as a kids toy in robot mode, ratbat or lasereak as guitars. Prime has storage and 'ejectability' for his one non cassette cassette bot, tho he would beat the animated version in a fight).

There's a lot more Soundwaves. Enough that I just can't display them all together and I even sold the INFERIOR ones.

Not sure if Tesco are getting them too, but in the UK Soundwave and the cassettes will be available through Argos:

True there is a lot more sound waves out. I think music label soundwave would even push the animated/prime figures off my list. But I'm a sucker for any soundwave figure for the most part (excluding satellite and FOC, the Titans return figure was almost a pass with it being leader class sized).

It works super well with the other leader seekers and megatron. And he sure looks the part, plus he interacts with the new casettes.
