Hot off the heels of the release of MAS-02 Megatron mega action figure we are graced with a tease of the next offering from them. The Toys Alliance Facebook page did a preview post of what will probably be MAS-03(?) and it is none other than Decepticon Communications Officer and Spymaster, Soundwave. While they added a question mark after MAS-03 teasing the idea of it, we are going to hedge our bets here on the fact this is next. It is assuredly a fitting choice too in going from Megatron to Soundwave. Here is the tease below that they posted on their page:

I really like this line and the price point is pretty good. I just don't have the space with a mostly Masterpiece collection.

We had seen a fair while back the tease for the next project in the officially licensed Toys Alliance Mega Action Series Transformers figure line, after Optimus Prime and Megatron, but it looks like we're even closer to getting a proper look at the new product soon: MAS-03 Soundwave has both a poster and a grey prototype now!
Found over on the Tag Hobby website, we get a couple of images showing off the design and the prototype, plus the confirmation that the company will be attending this weekend's Hong Kong Animation-Comic-Game (ACGHK) 2018 so we may actually see the prototype in person there. Following the tease earlier today, we have new images of the upcoming Toys alliance Mega Action Series 03 Soundwave, via the Hobbymizer Hong Kong Facebook page. The new giant statue of Soundwave is a new slightly stylized take on his G1 self, complete with tape deck, shoulder cannon (stored behind his back in these shots) and hand gun. He also comes with Laserbeak perching on his shoulder in the pictures shown, and another Laserbeak is seen in tape mode, with some panel lines suggesting it either does something, or the panel lines are an homage to the original tape form.
Also cool to see is that Soundwave appears to be able to carry fully sized cassette tapes, as a copy of Awesome Mix Volume 2 (nice Guardians of the Galaxy reference!) can be seen actually sitting in his chest.

Doubt it, as these are just statues and not meant to Transform.

So one of laserbeaks back finds is molded crooked and the hinges are for show

Correction: Mega Action series are fully articulated giant action figures, but not transformable (Hasbro doesn't allow it on licensed figures). So Laserbeak has working articulation, but doesn't turn into a tape. He does appear to have the same type of chest door mechanism that opens by pushing the button on top.
