They did Voyager Nemesis Prime last year, also a Takara Tomy Mall exclusive, Soundblaster is just more of that. There's still a bunch of Selects and retail exclusives from Hasbro that haven't been released in Japan while Hasbro has only missed NP from Takara Tomy.

Yeah, it's confusing. TakaraTomy Mall says it's a normal Siege figure while Hasbro Pulse says it's a Selects figure. It appears that Hasbro and Takara are treating this figure differently. Takara is selling it as part of their Siege line in Japan, while Hasbro instead puts it in their imports of Takara's Selects line.

It is confusing for sure, but it does provide insight in how the brand unification is put into practice. True, the figures are still (mostly) untouched when imported into either region, but either company is still allowed their own projects and especially release scheme, even if there's overlap when it comes to characters like Nemesis Prime and now Soundblaster.

The main lines in the WFC Trilogy and the Netflix series are pretty much shared, Selects is split between Hasbro and TakaraTomy, and standalone exclusives are free-for-all if there's a way to make them fit. Unfortunately, Hasbro has no real place for Soundblaster as Siege has effectively ended here, so he gets chucked into Selects with all the other TakaraTomy imports.

I've just caught up on what I liked from the first wave so I figure I'm ready for Bee, BOtOx1a-1 and maybe Optimus.

Redwings white paint chipped on first transformation to trijet so I'm just leaving Hotlink alone to look shiny and scorchy.

I'll be curious to see whether my leader spoiler pack ships from Walmart or Pulse first. I ordered the Spoiler pack, Bee and Elita-1 from Walmart when they were first announced, but then ordered a second Spoiler pack from Pulse once we knew who was in there as I didn't want to chance things with Walmart.

Impactors and red Alerts are now being cancelled outright, and more delays with the other deluxes and voyagers noted. No confirmed leader delays yet

Elita-1 just got cancelled for me last night. Not irritated yet, as I was probably going to cancel her anyway. Waiting to hear about bee and the leader spoiler pack.

Walmart or Pulse?

Got bombarded with emails this morning from Walmart. Three had the same message telling me that Nemesis Prime, Optimus Prime and Elita-1 were delayed to 11/12. A fourth told me that Elita-1 (again), Red Alert, Wheeljack, and Impactor have been delayed to an unknown date "due to high demand" (I wasn't able to order Soundwave and Bumblebee). Walmart sure is doing a great job of continuing to screw up their pre-orders. I pre-pay for my pre-orders using PayPal, you'd think that would make my orders a priority since they already have my money, but I guess Walmart only cares about the money, not the service.

Has anyone actually had their others fulfilled? I ordered in the first minutes of availability and also got the "high demand" email. If they don't have the stock for distribution and don't know when they'll get it, then I don't know what else people expect to happen.

On the plus side, even when they completely botch pre-order fulfillment like with Netflix wave 1, there's still plenty of stock at retail later. Put another way, I'm annoyed I'm not getting them yet and don't know when I will, but I'm confident I'll get them in my hands when they come out.

Wow, after the trails and tribulations you had with the wave 1 spoiler pack, really hope for your sanity it doesn't repeat itself this wave.
