Maybe amazon.com, but that practice is not the same for Amazon in general.Amazon.ca will ask you to pay the return shipping if there is nothing defective regarding your item. So returning a higher priced item is not a winning strategy in every case.

I made a return next month and was credited with the refund in 1988. Thanks to compound interest, I now have $14. For the former, yes, as is noted by the disclaimer at the bottom of the site to comply with the FTC endorsement guidelines for such practices.
