Age of the Primes wave 3 is out and some fans, including myself, have made reviews of Micronus Prime, the latest Prime to be released. You can check out the videos below. From the review below, you'll notice that it is a very interesting deluxe as it is a minicon in a mech suit. The toy has come out in Canadian Walmarts along with the two remaining Aerialbots in the wave and Insecticon Venin.

As you may have gathered from our recent posts, wave 3 of Age of the Primes is out in Canada. Voyagers and deluxes have been found at Walmart. The specific sightings come from Ontario and Quebec. For those wondering, here are the wave contents:
Deluxe:
Aerialbot Fireflight
The Thirteen Micronus Prime
Aerialbot Skydive
Venin
Voyager:
The Thirteen Alpha Trion
Flatline
These were all found at Walmart. While this is earlier than other regions, it does mean that several stores will thus be skipping wave 2, for deluxes, which have been very sparse. We also have reviews of this wave's contents after the images.

I'm digging the uni-bike that is Micronus Prime. I get to thinking of the classic animated series Spiral Zone.
It's an easy buy for me but it would have been cooler had the engineers made a better way to keep him standing upright in alt-mode....'nuff said!

I'm glad they're going somewhere. Walmarts around here haven't gotten anything new since Earthspark first came out.

Feel free to keep posting ugly trash while also continuing the abuse AI does to actual artists, photographers, and the environment.

I can't deny the "trash" part. But the rest are non-argunents. Like all new tech, one must get with the times.

Im with D Max all the way on this one. This isnt just a get with the times kind of thing, unfortunately.
In more cheerful news though, i recently picked up Skye Bite and he is lovely! I didnt expect him to be so big n tall either, its good to see some more classic Voyager sized .. sizes
Will have to keep a look out for Alpha trion while i am out this weekend! Hes next on my hitlist, as the seibertron homepage so kindly reminded me of his being out now
(I think Skye bite looks really cool with Transmetel 2 dragon Megs)

Not only is PotP Sky Bite the same sise as the original, he's much, much better than it in every ways. Plus, he blow the T30 version out of the water. That toy is a small miracle among all those undersized updates with all gimmicks removed.

Man... I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the selection at every store I hunt at in this city is absolutely ANEMIC lately. Like... I've lived here for four years now, and I'm lucky if I see a restock once a month at any of these stores. Even then, the shelves are mostly picked clean (aside from the usual shelf/peg warmers) within a week or two, after which it's another 3-5 weeks before I see anything new. It's disappointing, even if there's nothing in the current wave that I'm looking for.
It never ceases to blow me away how a city with SO MANY Targets and Walmarts is SO SLOW to restock toys. This picture is better than anything I've seen in months over here.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: I miss Toys R Us here in the US

Canadian here. Seriously, you don't miss anything. Not only are Toys R Us shelves as barren as the rest, they sell their things at a much higher price then their competition. From 15.56% more for a leader, 25% more for a deluxe, to a whopping 31.21% more for special sets like the Sonic one.

I'm through with TrU.

Very random, but Pulse just shipped by Fireflight alone with no other charges.

That's how they were before they closed in the US as well. Really, the only reason to shop at TRU was for exclusives.

When I was at the TRU in the mall where BotCon 2023 was held, the latest TF items that store had were latter wave Kingdom toys from 2021, as well as an entire wall of those SS86 Coronation Starscreams and Cyberverse Deluxe class Starscreams that every retailer struggled so hard to get rid of.

And now, the few TRUs that still exist in the US only have an abundance of leftover stock of items from two or three years back.chuckdawg1999 wrote:NotFrankeSisto wrote:-Kanrabat- wrote:Canadian here.
