I entered it. Just have to become a member and a lot of the countries are listed. So anyone should be able to enter.

Thats a good question. It would suck to win it and then find out your not eligible.

thats awesome but i dont think ill enter not much of a contest person myself and besides it gives you my fellow seibertronians a far better chance to win ..isnt that nobel of me lol

So there is a Toy R Us in Montebello, CA that has them for sale. The 3 Times that I have been there they have been on sale. No seems to want them. There was two or three of them last time I was there which was there.

See, that's the kind of attitude that makes you not win anything. Look at it this way:
Enter = Slim chance of winning.
Don't enter = No chance of winning.
