Summary Of This Issue:

The Time Wars saga has ended. Megatron and his loyal warrior, Ravage, have returned to Cybertron in the Mayhem Squad's shuttle craft. On his return to his homeworld, he is dismayed to find Autobots wandering around freely, with no resistance. The fact that this is happening in the Decepticon capital of Helex really angers the former Decepticon leader, who sets off on a mission to find out just what on Cybertron is going on!
