Summary Of This Issue:
Most of the Autobots are continuing in their efforts to repair their huge starship, the Ark, damaged upon it's crashlanding on Earth! The others have a more urgent concern -- the apparent creation of a fuel conversion process for their enemies, the Decepticons, engineered by Sparkplug Witwicky, Auto-mechanic and father of their friend and ally, Buster Witwicky! For they know that should the Decepticons be able to cange Earth's fossil fuels into a near-limitless energy supply, the Autobots may be all that stands between the Decepticons and world conquest!
