I agree with and enjoyed your post. although, there is one vehicle missing: CAMAROS!!! :sad:

Although you probably didn't like the Bayformer Bumblebee (I know I didn't at first), It's still an awesome alt mode. Windcharger from G1 was a Trans Am (Same as a Camaro)and I am pretty sure that there is more

fine work Diem, as always. Great #1!!! Sideswipe was my first G1 TF, so i definitely have a soft spot for Lambos. He is busted up badly (and not even I with my level 10 skill can fix him

) but I've kept the pieces for sentimental reasons. Reading & seeing this makes me want to open my Commemmorative series re-issue I bought!! Lol. Someday, I'd love to get his brother Sunny too. Wonder who'd have a good price on him?

Not too fussed about Camaros. I prefer sports cars to muscle cars.

. Still, was a great list and I hope you do another one, maybe 26 most ridiculous alt modes of all time. I suggest shoe, hand, skateboard, bicycle, & tanuki. Just remember Heinlad was the first transformer that had the balls to battle.

I´m very happy to see that Lamborghinis are #1, I love them all, in fact, I bought Universe Sunstreaker twice. I can't argue with that.

But I think Cybertron Downshift needs an honorific mention, he's got an awesome alt mode.

I must say that this has been one of the most enjoyable threads I have read in some time. I do not post much anymore, but I do lurk and read this and that, and I found this thread to be a great source of comedy! Great job!

I'm surprised that neither "Robot" nor "combiner component" made the list.

I'm sure nobody needs to be told why combiners are appealing, but the "robot" thing needs a little explanation...

By "robot" I don't just mean "turns into a robot". I mean "A robot who turns into a DIFFERENT robot". Counterpunch and Longarm are, arguably, alt modes of Punch and Shockwave, respectively. They don't just turn into something else. They turn into someONE else.
