A newb needs help

My Deluxe Bonecrusher figure's extending arms keep snapping off. Same with the claw. Is this a product-wide problem, or is it just mine? If so how can I fix it?

The claw arm does tend to pop out a lot if you're rough with it, but it should go right back on.

As for his hands, my figure doesn't have that problem, and I haven't heard about it from anyone else :-?

...Aren't the arms held on by pins, anyway? Did the whole thing break, or are the pins missing?

They have pins, but the gaps where they fit on are bent. :-?

I don't have this problem... in fact I have the opposite my Bonecrusher's arms are in a very tight position and are quite difficult to move.
