Too my knowledge, there isn't. Although I'm certain a few fansubs/fandubs exist for a few key eps, but I could be wrong. Check YouTube.

i know there is a fanDUB... but... tbh, i dont really want that, i really want to see a fansub! if someone cant point me in the right direction, i'd be so happy.

I looked for one before and came up empty. There is a BW II movie that has subtitles.

a while back there was a post on the main page about a site that has been doing fan dubs of jap TF shows. the site was looking for new voice actors...but anyways ya...ive seen that subbed BW2 movie. it was ok. i saved it on my favs.
