as every person that has watched the movie has seen that at the end megs has no arm and leg, well heres why, wikipedia says this:

Optimus Prime was about to lose until Megatron is eventually killed when Sam rams the Allspark into the Decepticon's chest, destroying half of his left arm and all of his right leg.

might be true

supose, but my bets on when moving the body from place of death the missing limbs were removed by accident in the process

my money is on the fact that those jets loosened his arm and leg up with that bombardment of bullets and got torn off for safety whilst moving the body because of its looseness

Or my these is that Prime or Secor Seven remove them that if Megatron wasn't defeated that he will take no harm on the humans anymore, I just hpe that they bring a Extended DVD version out. Because some scenes are sometimes ends unlogic but I think they will do that I have faith o the moviemakers.

I thought those sabot rounds from the F22s did that already? Probably fell off in transit if they hadn't already before. I felt that they owed a lot to the F22s for the damage done to Megatron and Blackout.

The government are too power hungry to pass up on what they can further learn from alien technology, it's just the nature of the world.

It makes more sense for other government agency to have taken Megs limbs to have something to further study, seeing as how Sector Seven has sopposedly been shut down.

The kept a piece to study, im sure of it. At least the arm, because it contain the weapon. The leg was probably torned-off during transport.

I can explain the leg. as he was getting hit back by the jet bombardment, optimus swing his arm and knocked megatron's feet out from under him and if u pause it (pirated version ftw) u can see his leg go flying off.
