That's why this game should have been called Skate or Die after the old NES game. Heck, it is Skate or Die. Both titles are owned EA.

I guess maybe they didn't call it Skate or Die b/c they thought that might get Jack Thompsons attention. He'd claim the game is saying what? That it encourages kids to go skateboarding and then get hit by a car? Rriiiiigghht... :wink:
