So I finally mastered the art of posting pics with allot of help from guys like VA'AL. THANKS!!!
So incase anyone cares to know, This is what I did here. I first bought 2 extra magnuses. I took the feet off of the first extra magnus. They just pop right off since theyre just on a ball joint.I also cut the handle off of his extra sword. I then cut the severed handle in half giving me two pieces of sword handle. I threw one half away and cut the remaining half in half again giving me two small pieces of plastic sword handle.
I took the extra feet and flipped them upside down to reveal a small hole on the bottoms of each foot. I pushed the small pieces of plastic handle into the small holes on the bottoms of the two extra feet. Then I pushed the remaining free ends of the handles into the bottoms of the identicle feet that are attached to the primary magnus figure. they fit flush and match perfectly in color and size since theyre the very same feet. Below is the end result. It adds almost an inch in height to the figure and you cant tell its been done.
See the pic below for the result.

For the shoulders I first removed the arms from the primary magnus figure as well as the feet from the second extra magnus figure. The arms are on a ball joint and will pop off easily just as the feet do. Now look at the holes on the tops of the feet and then look at the ball joints on the sides of magnus that were holding on his arms. You can fit the ball joints into the feet holes, but first you may need to build up the size of the ball joints as theyre a bit too small to snugly into the feet holes and you need them to fit snug.
I built up the ball joints simply by super gluing a small strip of black electrical tape to the ball joints. You could also just build up the ball joints with super glue alone, or resine. Be sure to let the glue drry before puttting the feet onlt the newly fitted ball joints because you dont want the feet to bond to the ball joints.
So,After you have built up the joints, push arm ball joints into the top s of the feet holes and make sure the white "toes" are pointing up to match the smoke stacks on magnuses arms. You should now have a figure with tight fitting fully rotational feet where his arms should be.
Now take one of the arms you removed from the primary magnus figure and butt the inside of the smoke stack up against the foot. It fits perfectly.
This is where personal preference comes into play. There are many ways you could secure the arms to the foot here. I chost to buy a pack of very small, clear bands used to hold small pig tail ends together. I banded the arms to the feet on magnuses torso tightly and they hold perfectly fine and can barely be seen.
Im sure people will be turned off by the use of rubber bands, but I promise they cant be seen. Im positive theres a better non permanent way to secure the arms to the feet, but I havnt given it allot of thought.
You could just glue them, but then he cant transform. Im eager to see what you guys would suggest to secure the arms to the feet.
The finished shoulder is picured below and adds an inch of width when both shoulders are done, not to mention allot more range of motion than before.

Heres the finished figure.
I like this pose and as you can see, the arms pose fine and he stands on his own.

Here he is with his decepticon counter part and he is now able to stand and look him in the eye.

Next to galvie for scale reference.

I like this pic. It shows how much width is now on his shoulder span.

Sorry its a bit blurry.

Speaking of blurry, I plumb forgot to throw blurr in the mix here, but here he is with a few G-2- pals.

Finally a comp pic with optimus.

As I said before, This adds almost an inch in height and an inch in width. Still not quite as big as magnus SHOULD be, but at least he is a proper deluxe size figure now.
I say again, Im sure some of you may be turned off by the clear bands on the arm, but I promise you cant see them at all in person. Also, there exists a way to secure the arms on without banding them together, I just havnt thought it out yet.
So, Yeah. What do you guys think? Id love your input, opinions and ideas on how to secure the arms to the feet in a non permanent way so he can still transform.
Also, What do you suggest I use for some magnus trademark shoulder mounted missles? Thamks all!
