Rated X wrote:This version is so much better than the ugly TFC version with the oversized boxing gloves. Nice they give you a choice of cartoon accurate red arms or toy accurate black arms. I went for the red arms since the Metroplex mold is meant to be cartoon accurate.

Tsutsukakushi wrote:I think this is seriously lacking compared to the TFC-009 Gear of War 3 Accessory Pack.

Tsutsukakushi wrote:This also might even give metroplex a secondary big red gun, similar to the one Hasbro gave the Titan Metroplex toy.

I've used them twice before and they have been great, and never heard anything bad about their customer service. Both BBTS and TFS are really good in that area, it's just the BBTS website makes the TFS website look stoneage.Yotsuyasan wrote:Personally, I quite like TFSource, and find they have excellent customer service. For example, with Metroplex himself he arrived severely damaged. But TFSource stepped up to the plate. I had to pay the initial return shipping. (This was a bit of a bummer at over $40... he's a big toy!) But then they took a look at it, they were able to take another returned Metroplex they had and between the two have one complete, unbroken unit, they shipped the results back to me at no additional charge, and they reimbursed the return shipping I'd had to cover. And while I had to wait a few days to hear back from them after my initial complaint, once the process was started it all happened very quickly and communication during the process was fairly constant. So they took what initially was a crushing disappointment (opening my Metroplex and finding him broken) and turned it into a huge success!
I'm using the Stack Manager and thought he was still on pre-order but it looks like he dropped just before I went to cancel him. Will use the email you posted, thanks for the reply.Yotsuyasan wrote:As far as canceling orders... Are you using the Stack Manager? And is Cubex in stock, or a pre-order? If you're using the stack manager and he is a pre-order, then in your stack manager there should be a nice big red "X" to the left of each pre-order item, and clicking that "X" removes the item from your stack. Otherwise, just using the website itself, I don't think there is much you can do. But you could always try sending them an e-mail (customercare@tfsource.com) to see if there is any way of removing the item from your order.

Oh, hey, look at that. He had red arms in the 'toon.
