Got a great pic of G1 Op or BW Megs? Whether it's 2-D or 3-D it's welcome as is any other form of art outside the custom figure world.

the legionair

colors won't look exacltly like this but close enough. Starscream arms weren't working very well but I'm going o try and mod the shoulder pieces and still use them. Maybe do it like some gumdam models work.

edit:

you know the more I look at him, the more I want to give him open hands, a basketball and goal, and paint him like a harlem globe trotter  Skinny boy! He's as tall as screamer.

Man, I don't know what I'm talking about. You needed something hot, I was throwing out ideas. I was also going to suggest an ice pick and a lighter, but the heat isn't constant.

Since that didn't work, why not make your own Sodering Tool?

http://dansworkshop.com/SMT%20Hot%20Air%20Pencil.shtml

That link shows you what you need and how to do it, its very inexpensive, and you're already good at making things, thus it shouldn't be much of a problem for you.

I was wondering, what colours do you want that Seclaz character to be?

I have all the necessary parts for making it, all I need now is some epoxy putty. I'm trying to do justice to your design.

The seclaz were Ra88 and Iskanders idea if i recall. I'd ask them see what they think. But maybe some boltgun metal and some metalic forest greens. possibly some orange highlights or something.

I luckily have junker EVA 01, and EVA 02 action figures, I didn't realize how frail they were until too late.

I plan to modify both of EVA 01's heads to get both the closed and open mouth concepts you've done, and the EVA 02's main body shall be the base. Also I have a rather large General Grevious, that I disliked its unarticulated legs, thus I've taken hem apart so I shall make them articulated. I have plenty of Bioncle Joints to work with aswell.

Though I don't have the same arms as you suggested, I do have some replacements, which are close to the same shape, I'll construct them from the nosecone of a DIY Estates Rocket kit I picked up at an old Hobby show.

The reason I'm explaining in such detail is because I lack a good quality camera, and I'm trying to paint the picture.

The colors that Lord Loqi suggested are fine, although the organic parts are yellow and green; think a wasp-like exoskeleton with green scaly muscle tissue.

I'm considering selling my collection of figures. I have evert one of them sept for unit 02 (red one). I plan on selling some of my stuff to make room for new stuff and have money for the botcon coming up. I'm having problems finding stuff I'm willing to part with though

FINALY! I was able to do a sketch of Mazer.

His body is from Energon Mirage. I removed those two long pieces that make his alt mode look like a boat. I also removed his windows. It makes his alt mode seem a little bigger compared to Mirage's. His head is from Galaxy Force Demolishor.

My next task is to figure out a good color scheme.

Not quite sure yet. It'll be awhile no matter what. The hard part's getting ahold of a Mirage or Dreadwing.
