Nice terrorcons! I think the terrorcons are killing it in this line at the deluxe price point. Rippersnapper is fun, and I love how Blot looks. Can't wait to find them! But not gonna rush, only just got wave 2

Normally I'd say just sit tight as wave 3 just hit Walmart, but it seems PotP is the red headed step cousin of the trilogy and is getting the short end of the stick when it comes to distribution.

The store I went to had two of each and that's been consistently what I've been hearing.

I still think a little patience and diligence will pay off. I know when I'm hunting figures I want, it becomes a daily ritual.

Good luck and enjoy the thrill of the hunt. Nothing is better than the anticipation and shortness of breath while you hurriedly rush though the store. Scrambling to the toy section and scanning the aisles to finally find the object of your desire and allow you ng yourself to breath a sigh of relief. Quickly followed by a mad snatch and grab of all copies to find the best ones. Last but not least is the longest walk of the day to cash registers riding the high of victory while contemplating wither to open them in the car or wait to you get home.

Hmmmmm.... am I over romanticizing?

Normally I'd agree with you about the hunt but theres a small difference worth thinking about...i live in the UK. I've got a hard time as it is finding Wave one

Unfortunately, my locals stores don't have jack, so I haven't gotten to experience the thrill of the hunt in a while.

Well yes that does add a wrinkle of difficulty. I can feel your pain as I did pay a premium for a few TR figures online.

I'll add that I love the abstract design that's happening here. Take this ship and the shapes it's made of, and flip them around until you get a humanoid form. Takara's design philosophies at their best!

The only down side would be that the hips on both figures are extremely loose. Meaning you have to spend just a little more time getting them to balance well. I also expected them to be bigger, but in the end, their size is perfect.

Good golly! What a beaut! This is by far one of the very best Combiners we have gotten out of the entire Prime Wars Trilogy. In both form and function. Everything on every bot tabs together so nice and tight. Hun-Garr makes such a great torso, but the limbs are also fantastic. They tab together so well, and have zero clearance issues in limb modes. I feel like all the mistakes and over sites on the previous Combiners were lessons learned, and the designers put all those lessons into Abominus.

Love the pics Cobo!! I just got lucky hunting down the rest of the Terrorcons-- and thought the same thing about them TERRORIZING! I bet the Terrorcons were the originators of tha phrase. But yes, I was so happy to finally have Abominus complete. Now where's dem Prime Masters?! I need Bludgeon, dammit.....but I am still grateful that my Walmart got the Terrorcons in, and I was lucky to catch 'em all.

While waiting, I just bought more G1 -- I finally obtained Micromaster Countdown! He was missing a couple ramps, a platform and the robot arm, but for $30, he had almost everything.

I like the Falconformers -- they look fun.

Well the Falcon looks amazebawls and I'm glad the hero bots are fun to play with. So I have to assume lil Han and Chewie fit in the bots? Also how does it tab together and did it come with a flight stand?

Edit: I did play the Force Unleashed, but don't remember the witches, been a long time. Loved that game and probably one of my fav Star Wars things ever. Shame the second game sucked so bad and killed it for me.

They doo. Han still just rides in the cockpit, and Chewie has a gunner station he sits in. If you look real close at Chewie Mech, you can see Chewie through the window in his chest.

I didn't play it, though I've heard it's cool. I just have the toy of the witch and her Rancore. The Rancore is rad and is adorned with war paint!

On a more serious note, I'll always have a fondness for star wars battlegrounds, the age of empires 2 system in a star wars game with full map and scenario editor? Yes, a thousand times yes.

I've never heard of that one Z. Or have and forgotten.

My fav SW games are still Pod Racer (weird, I know), Which ever Rogue Squadron game out for the Cube, Battle Front 2, and oddly enough Republic Commando. I regret never getting around to playing Knights of the Old Republic before my Xbox conked out. The Box and the game were both given to me by a friend who moved to the UK.
