Fansproject has just updated their website with the following message:

"Delay and Release Date Notice:

Due to the complex of making two brand new figures. Our factory can not meet our scheduled release date for “Explorer” & ” Munitioner”.

Fansproject will start shipping out both “Explorer” & “Munitioner” to retailers at the end of June,2010."

Both of these figures are supposed to be released in this month, seems like we can only get it at the end of the June or early July 2010.

Hmmm lets see here, got delayed on the Crossfire and Munitioner set and then we get delayed about the delayed news from FansProject about the who delay issue :lol:

All their stuff gets delayed.

It's because they do those absurdly early delivery dates to get people on the pre-order train.

perfection cannot be rushed...and if this is set is as good as their "Springer" figure, then I dont mind waiting a bit longer (I can save more PE$O$ LOL) but I am eagerly awaiting for these guys FP, keep up the good work!!!...even though it takes you guys just a tad bit longer than most LOL :grin:

That's really not a bad delay. I've come to expect all customized pieces to become delayed for one reason or another. As stated earlier I think the set will be worth the wait.

You won't hear me complaining about the wait for perfection. I'd rather them get it right the first time. I trust that they are doing whatever it takes for their products to come out exactly like they want it to. You have my complete and utter faith Fans Project!

I'm patient...and besides, its not like there's any question of the quality of these guys. No one's anxious for these things because they're unsure how good these will be like with a lot of things people order. I think the fact that these are going to be awe-inspiringly amazing make waiting for these A LOT more bearable. You cannot rush perfection.

I don't have a problem waiting a little longer for these sets. Though I do regret the fact that FP isn't making a chest plate like the G1 version.

Still, at least they are "honest" about the delay. The TFCC can't get Dion to me until at least 4 weeks after the expected ship date of June = July = August maybe...

Chest plate? chest plate?! Have you seen how big his torso is? That thing sticks out like... well, I won't go there. He doesn't need a chest plate.
